This will probably be our last blog of the season. The fruit stand is closed, but we will continue to sell apples at the Moore county markets. Our last apple varieties are Goldrush, Arkansas Black, and Pink Lady. We are also sending a load of apples each week to the Moore County Co-op for their subscribers. The season has tested us as usual, but overall it has been a good year. Soon the trees will be dormant and we will begin pruning. Thanks for tuning in. We hope to see you next year.

This week we have Arkansas Black apples, which is a cooking apple that keeps very well. We also still have some Golden Delicious and Granny Smith apples. Sweet Potatoes are winding down with mostly small potatoes remaining. We are still picking tomatoes and pumpkins. Stop by and visit during this great Fall weather. Check back later for more farm news.
